> Fairwinds Landing, formerly Lambert's Point Docks, is a Marine Logistics Center in Norfolk, Virginia, supporting defense and transportation sectors. The site spans 131 acres with extensive dock and warehouse space, located conveniently in the port of Hampton Roads. The Economic Development Authority of the City of Norfolk is seeking funding for the Norfolk Multi Use Heavy Lift Logistics Port project, which is undergoing NEPA review, and public input is encouraged until June 23rd, 2025. Fairwinds Landing offers career opportunities and has recently received significant federal funding to become an offshore wind logistics facility.
